Throughout her career spanning real estate, business development, and marketing, she has honed a diverse skill set that has helped her serve her clients as a trusted advocate and confidant. Her attention to detail, diligence, and adaptability ensures that her clients have a seamless and advantageous selling and buying experience. Janine attended Portland State University, where she majored in architecture and minored in real estate development, sustainable urban planning, and business. She began her career in real estate acquisitions working with institutional investors, gaining invaluable experience and insight into how real estate transactions are financed. Janine then moved to Seattle to manage marketing and business development at an architecture firm.

Eager to experience the digital nomad life, Janine booked a one-way flight to Morocco with a carry-on and camera. During her year abroad, she worked remotely from 15 countries as a social media marketing consultant and photographer. She experienced different cultures and built environments around the world, connecting with people from all socioeconomic backgrounds. Her most memorable memory from her travels was the time spent together with locals in their homes, listening to their stories, and learning how they envisioned their dream homes. After returning to Portland, Janine continued to freelance as a consultant and photographer between Portland and Los Angeles.

When she's off duty, you'll find Janine playing billiards or fishing and camping. She is happiest spending time with her family, and her dream is to build a neo-hanok home in Portland.
